Blue spirulina powder is a vibrant blue extract derived from spirulina (Arthrospira platensis), a nutrient-rich blue-green microalga traditionally consumed as food. Unlike whole green spirulina, blue spirulina is a purified extract containing little to no chlorophyll, giving it a milder flavor and brilliant natural blue color.
