Grace Malterre
OPERATIONS & MEMBER SUPPORT MANAGER | RECIPE DEVELOPER
Grace Malterre is a recipe developer and the Operations and Member Support Manager at Nourishing Meals®, where she combines her background in business management and event coordination with a love of whole foods cooking and meal planning, and a natural ability to connect with people. She oversees daily operations and serves as your main point of contact for member support, listening closely to your questions and helping you find practical solutions.
Her work reflects a personal commitment to helping people make simple, nourishing meals part of everyday life. Her recipe development focuses on people working to bring more real, whole foods into their diets, and she shines at the foundational whole foods diet full of variety—with an intuitive understanding of flavor, meal balance, and plenty of vegetables.
Through managing a large business and coordinating events, Grace developed strong skills in organization, communication, and follow-through. She understands how to bring many details together while staying attentive to the people at the center of the experience. At Nourishing Meals®, that means taking time to understand what members need, following up on concerns, and helping make the platform easier to use.
Grace also manages social media and moderates the community forum, creating opportunities for members to connect, share cooking ideas, and learn from one another. Her warm, attentive approach helps people feel comfortable asking questions, whether they’re learning to plan meals or finding their way around a new dietary routine.
Grace grew up cooking alongside her mother, Alissa Segersten, in a home where whole foods and shared meals were part of everyday life. Those experiences shaped her love of cooking and her appreciation for the care that goes into feeding yourself well. She prepares nourishing meals for herself every day and draws on that experience in her recipe development. Meal planning is part of that routine: she loves the feeling of a fridge that is organized and stocked with everything she needs to cook well. Her goal is to help you make simple, satisfying whole foods meals a realistic part of your daily routine—with practical support, more vegetables on the plate, and growing confidence in your kitchen.
