This low-FODMAP green smoothie is rich, creamy, and fruity but not too sweet. It is a great addition to breakfast or a perfect afternoon snack. 

Ingredients
1 cups frozen green grapes
1 cups chopped lacinato kale
½ cups frozen pineapple chunks
1 kiwi fruit peeled
¾ cups coconut milk
3 tablespoons raw sunflower seeds
