Tomato Reintroduction
Fresh tomatoes, jarred diced tomatoes, and tomato paste can all be used during the tomato reintroduction in Phase 3 of the Elimination Diet. Add fresh tomatoes to a salad or roast them with other Phase 2 veggies. Use some or all of the recipes below during your tomato challenge.
