Instead of using grains as a base for tabouli, try this recipe using raw cauliflower! It is refreshing and helps to upregulate detoxification pathways. Serve with breakfast, lunch, or dinner! 

1 medium heads cauliflower
2 roma tomatoes diced
1 medium cucumbers diced
½ small red onions diced
1 large handfuls parsley finely chopped
1 small handfuls fresh mint finely chopped
4 tablespoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic crushed
¾ teaspoons sea salt
