Serve this simple, light salad with some type of teriyaki chicken and rice. It is best served within an hour of dressing the salad. Add a few teaspoons of toasted sesame seeds for extra flavor if desired! 

Ingredients

Salad

1 small heads napa cabbage thinly sliced (about 6 cups)
3 medium carrots grated
2 small cucumbers sliced
3 green onions thinly sliced
½ cups cilantro chopped

Dressing

2½ tablespoons toasted sesame oil
2 tablespoons brown rice vinegar
1 teaspoons finely grated fresh ginger
¾ teaspoons sea salt
