This grain-free and vegan berry crisp is a great way to use up some of your freshly harvested blackberries! The filling and topping are just barely sweetened so flavors of the berries and almonds really shine through.

Ingredients

Filling

6 cups blackberries
4 tablespoons tapioca flour
4 tablespoons coconut sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Topping

1½ cups blanched almond flour
1 cups sliced almonds
½ cups tapioca flour
1 teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoons sea salt
3 tablespoons avocado oil
3 tablespoons maple syrup
