This grain-free and vegan berry crisp is a great way to use up some of your freshly harvested blackberries! The filling and topping are just barely sweetened, so the berry and almond flavors really shine through.

Ingredients

Filling

6 cups blackberries
4 tablespoons tapioca flour
4 tablespoons coconut sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Topping

1½ cups blanched almond flour
1 cups sliced almonds
½ cups tapioca flour
1 teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoons sea salt
3 tablespoons avocado oil
3 tablespoons maple syrup
