1 cups teff flour
½ cups brown rice flour
½ cups sorghum flour
½ cups millet flour
¼ cups quinoa flour
¾ cups tapioca flour
1 tablespoons baking powder
1 teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoons sea salt
1 tablespoons cinnamon

Wet Ingredients

3 large eggs
6 tablespoons melted coconut oil (or unsalted butter)
4 tablespoons maple syrup
3 cups non-dairy milk

These are my go to waffles. So nutty and delicious in flavor. The batter seemed a little runny. I did add a little extra sorghum flour, but even when still runny, cooked up well in the waffle
