These pancakes are not overly sweet on their own, and could be used as a savory base for a poached egg and some fresh salsa if sweet breakfasts are not your thing. 

Ingredients
1 cups corn flour
½ cups brown rice flour
½ cups tapioca flour
½ teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoons sea salt
1 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 eggs
1 tablespoons maple syrup
1 teaspoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons butter divided
1 tablespoons avocado oil
