Homemade coffee cake is a lovely treat on a holiday morning. This gluten-free coffee cake calls for blueberries; I have been using frozen blueberries from my summer harvest. You can use fresh or frozen blueberries, raspberries, pitted cherries (chopped), or diced fresh granny smith apples!

2 cups oat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoons baking soda
¼ teaspoons sea salt

Wet Ingredients

2 large eggs
½ cups plain yogurt
cups maple syrup
cups avocado oil
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
