Sautéed Zucchini with Garlic
This is my go to way to prepare zucchini. It is quick to make and completely packed with flavor. Serve it as a vegetable side dish with your favorite dinner meal.
1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (or ghee)
2 medium zucchini ½-inch sliced on the bias
2 cloves garlic crushed
¼ teaspoons sea salt
¼ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
