I made this last night. At first I didn't like the dressing. I had never used brown rice vinegar and felt the oil was too much. I decided to let it sit overnight and I am glad I did. It was very tasty. Also, I had made the Teriyaki Salmon. The remaining sauce that I thinkened, I saved to use on the remaining servings of salmon. As curiosity would have it I put some on a small amount of the cabbage. It was delicious also!
