One of my favorite summer traditions is heading out early in the morning to pick fresh blueberries. By the time we make it home, we've usually eaten almost as many as we've gathered! This colorful salad is one of my favorite ways to use those sweet berries, pairing them with peppery arugula, creamy feta, crunchy sumac pumpkin seeds, and a bright ginger-lime dressing. Blueberries are among the richest sources of anthocyanins, colorful plant compounds that help support brain health and healthy aging.
