The lettuce, vegetables, and herbs pictured here are all from my gardena true garden salad! Add edible flowers for more flavors, colors, and phytonutrients. Pictured here are fresh nasturtium flowers from my garden; however, borage flowers, calendula petals, and violas are all beautiful additions as well! For the dressing, simply add all of the ingredients to a wide mouth quart jar and use an immersion blender to blend until creamy and smooth.

Ingredients

Salad

1 large heads green leaf lettuce rinsed, torn, and spun dry
2 medium cucumbers sliced
1 large kohlrabi peeled and chopped
½ pounds sugar snap peas chopped
½ cups fresh basil
¼ cups snipped fresh chives

Dressing

½ cups sesame tahini
¼ cups lemon juice
¼ cups water
¼ cups extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic peeled
½ cups parsley (packed)
½ cups fresh basil (packed)
¼ cups fresh dill (packed)
¾ teaspoons sea salt
