These cookies are the perfect nutrient-dense treat for a breastfeeding mother or after-school snack for your children. They also make a great breakfast cookie! Replace the raisins with chocolate chips if desired, or add them in addition to the raisins!


Wet Ingredients

¼ cups ground chia seeds
½ cups warm water
½ cups melted coconut oil
1 cups coconut sugar
1 cups creamy roasted almond butter
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Dry Ingredients

5 cups rolled oats
2 teaspoons cinnamon
¾ teaspoons baking soda
¾ teaspoons sea salt

½ cups raisins
