Combine diets and food allergens to find hundreds of recipes to create meal plans and grocery shopping lists with. Need to cook a meal for someone else? Simply hit "View All" on the Search page and Nourishing Meals® will show you all of the recipes on the site. 

Combine your diet profile with other search criteria to find main dishes, desserts, side dishes, salad dressings, beverages, Instant Pot recipes, holiday recipes, seasonal recipes, and so much more!

Create Meal Plans or Add Recipes to your Calendar

Stay organized with weekly meal schedules.

On the custom search page, you can save recipes to your personal saved recipe page using the "Pin" button, or add a recipe to a new meal plan or your calendar on a specific day. 

You can create as many meal plans as you would like using the meal plans feature. Meal plans are a great way to save lists of favorite meals that you'd like to repeat over and over. Meal plans can be scheduled to your calendar starting on any day.

Create your own meal plans or use our done-for-you plans. 

Meal plans are a great way to stay organized and on track with your diet. Create a plan from the custom search page or use one of our pre-made meal plans to get started. You can edit your meal plans to add or delete days and move recipes around. Meal Plans can then be scheduled to your meal planning calendar. 

All meal plans come with an attached list of ingredients needed to make all of the meals! Meal plans can be printed off and posted up in your kitchen to remind you of your weekly meal schedule. 

The meal plans feature is also a great way to make holiday menus! Simply scroll through our holiday recipes, increase serving sizes using the serving size adjuster if necessary, and add recipes to a one-day holiday menu. Your menu comes with an attached shopping list that can quickly be printed or edited. 

Meal Plans Come with Attached Grocery Lists

Save time with auto-generated shopping lists for your weekly meals. 

Every meal plan you create or save from the site comes with an attached grocery shopping list that can be edited, saving you so much time trying to figure out what you need to buy in order to make your meals! All ingredients are automatically added together and sorted by where they appear in the grocery store. Nourishing Meals® saves you time and money, so you only buy what you need. 

Just click on the "Ingredients" button at the top of every meal plan to view the ingredients needed to make your meals. You can send the ingredients from multiple meal plans to your grocery shopping list and our system will add everything together and automatically sort ingredients into categories.

Schedule Entire Meal Plans to Your Calendar

Your personal meal planning calendar keeps everything organized and in view for each week. 

Meal plans can be scheduled to your calendar beginning on any day you choose. Once meal plans are scheduled, preparation notes will pop up for specific days, alerting you of anything that needs to be prepared ahead of time. You can schedule multiple different meal plans to your calendar. For example, send a breakfast meal plan, dinner meal plan, and meal prep plan to your calendar all beginning on the same day.

Our system allows you to also create grocery shopping lists from any number of days on your calendar. This is helpful if you prefer to only shop for three days, instead of an entire week. 

Have a favorite meal you would like to add? Simply use the "Add Note" feature to schedule in your favorite family meals into any day.
