Cottage cheese is a probiotic-rich fermented dairy product that is high in protein and calcium. It is perfect topped with fruit and nuts, or hardboiled eggs and sliced veggies. 

Ingredients
1 cups cottage cheese
1 pears cored and sliced
4 tablespoons sliced almonds
1 tablespoons chopped parsley (optional)
