1 pounds boneless chicken thighs
1 small limes juiced (2 tablespoons)
2 tablespoons fish sauce
2 tablespoons coconut aminos
1 teaspoons Thai red curry paste (or crushed red pepper flakes)
1 cloves garlic crushed

Salad

1 medium heads napa cabbage thinly sliced
1 medium red bell peppers julienned
1 medium cucumbers thinly sliced
1 cups sugar snap peas chopped
2 carrots shaved into ribbons (or grated)
1 handfuls fresh basil
1 handfuls fresh mint

Dressing

1 small limes juiced (2 tablespoons)
1 tablespoons avocado oil
1 tablespoons coconut aminos
1 teaspoons fish sauce
½ teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes
