Thai Massaman Curry Paste
Massaman, pronounced [mát.sā.màn], is a relatively mild curry dish blending Persian and Thai cuisine. The name came from “Mussulman” or a form of the word Muslim. This flavorful curry paste can be made with many of the spices you already have in your spice cabinet!
