This is one of our favorite raw desserts. I love giving my children a slice knowing it is full of healthy fats, antioxidants, and protein. Serve it with candles in lieu of a birthday cake or for an Easter brunch. 

Ingredients

Crust

1 cups raw macadamia nuts
½ cups unsweetened shredded coconut
4 medjool dates pitted
1 pinches sea salt

Filling

4 small ripe avocados
6 tablespoons melted coconut oil
6 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
4 tablespoons raw honey
2 teaspoons finely grated lime zest
