Serve this light and zesty nut-free basil pesto over cooked noodles for a healthy kid-friendly lunch! It is also delicious served over grilled chicken, or tossed with steamed vegetables.

Ingredients
12 ounces gluten-free pasta cooked

Pesto

1 medium avocados pitted and peeled
3 cloves garlic peeled
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
¼ teaspoons sea salt
1 cups fresh basil (packed)
½ cups parsley (packed)
