Basic Baked Chicken Breast
This simple baked chicken is juicy and flavorful and comes together quickly with very minimal prep time. It can be served on it's own as a quick protein for dinner along with some roasted potatoes and broccoli or sauteed kale, or it can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for use in Chicken Salad, Nourish Bowls, or Grain Salads.
2 pounds boneless chicken breasts (about 4 medium breasts)
2 teaspoons kosher salt
1 teaspoons garlic powder
¼ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
