Serve this nutrient-dense hash for breakfast alongside a cup of fresh Green Juice for an energizing breakfast. I also like to serve it for a quick dinner over Basic White Jasmine Rice.

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 medium onions chopped
2 large carrots sliced
3 cloves garlic crushed
1 pounds ground beef
4 cups thinly sliced green cabbage (about ¼ of a large head)
2 teaspoons dried thyme
½ teaspoons sea salt
