Serve this anti-inflammatory drink on a hot summer afternoon. If you are unaccustomed to eating a lot of turmeric, you may want to start with half the amount (turmeric has a bitter edge to it).

Ingredients
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
1½ tablespoons raw honey
1 teaspoons turmeric powder
½ teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoons ground ginger
¼ teaspoons ground cardamom
