This antioxidant-rich, anti-inflammatory soup makes a great lunch. Stir in cooked shredded chicken for extra protein. Fresh turmeric can be found in the produce section of your local health food store, usually near the fresh ginger. 

Ingredients
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 medium onions chopped
3 cloves garlic crushed
2 inches fresh ginger grated
1 inches fresh turmeric grated
1½ teaspoons sea salt
1 small heads cauliflower chopped
1 medium fennel bulbs chopped
1 pounds yams peeled and chopped
4 cups chicken stock
2 tablespoons lemon juice
