I love serving this beverage before bed if I’m craving something rich and sweet. Coconut milk is naturally sweet and very filling so it will help you feel satisfied and sleep well. I use the Homemade Coconut Milk in this recipe because it is less fatty and lighter-tasting compared to canned coconut milk. Sometimes I like to add ½ cup of strong brewed rooibos tea to the spiced coconut milk for more flavor.
