Date paste sounds like a great idea! Is that just blended up dates? Is there anything else in it besides the dates? Thank you!

This recipe turned out very good! I have been looking for a banana, gluten-free, dairy free, egg free recipe for sometime and this one definitely is a keeper. I didn’t make my muffins as big so I ended up with 21. Baked for 20 minutes. I substituted the sugar for equal amounts of date paste. My date paste was a little thick so I use the full cup of milk.
