This is a refreshing and bright anti-inflammatory smoothie packed with citrus flavor. If you have any smoothie leftover, pour it into popsicle molds and freeze for a treat later.

Ingredients
1 large oranges peeled
1 cups frozen pineapple chunks
½ cups coconut milk
1 medium carrots roughly chopped
1 lemons peeled
1 tablespoons hemp seeds
1 teaspoons coarsely chopped fresh ginger
1 teaspoons coarsely chopped fresh turmeric
1 pinches freshly ground black pepper
1 cups ice cubes
