3 cups water

1 small red onions thinly sliced

1 heads broccoli chopped (about 3 cups)
½ cups sliced almonds
1½ teaspoons curry powder
½ teaspoons turmeric powder
¼ cups Zante currants (or raisins)
1 large handfuls cilantro chopped
