This nightshade-free beef bone broth is so nourishing and wonderful to use as a base for soups and stews, or just for sipping on! It's also a great way for me to use up the abundance of fresh herbs, celery, and onions that I have growing in my gardens during the summertime. Bone broth freezes very well, so you can make a few batches and stock your freezer. I use an Instant Pot to make this because I can just press a button and walk away from it!

Ingredients
3 pounds beef soup bones
1 large onions chopped
2 large carrots chopped
4 celery stalks choppped
1 heads garlic cut in half crosswise
3 sprigs fresh rosemary
4 sprigs fresh thyme
4 sprigs fresh savory
2 sprigs fresh sage
3 bay leaves
2 teaspoons whole black peppercorns
3 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
water (to cover)

I used this recipe for my first time cooking with an Instant Pot. The directions were easy to follow and gave me confidence to try other things with the Instant Pot. The broth was also great! I made it just to sip on.
