This breakfast will nourish and sustain you for hours! Make up a big batch on the weekend and then reheat small portions as needed in a small skillet with a few tablespoons of water. Serve over Baked Winter Squash with a few spoonfuls of Cultured Vegetables if desired. I also like to add sliced avocados to my portion or drizzle the whole meal with the Green Goddess Dressing.

Ingredients
1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 pounds ground turkey
1 teaspoons sea salt
½ teaspoons ground cumin
½ teaspoons dried oregano
4 green onions cut into thin rounds
2 large carrots grated
3 cups thinly sliced kale

Yum! Very good. It seemed like a lot of veg, but they cooked down quite a bit to a perfect meat to veg ratio.

I've been making this recipe for about 5 yrs. It was one of my first when I started doing the elimination diet. It's my go to whenever I want a healthy and stomach feel good meal with high protein. I love it so much!

This easy to cook and has a great taste. I make this recipe a lot and it's a great staple for my healthy diet. My 7 lb dog loves this also and hovers around me as soon as I start cooking, so I will make him some with NO salt & NO green onion.
