Ingredients
1 tablespoons avocado oil
1 pounds ground turkey
½ teaspoons fine sea salt
¼ teaspoons black pepper
1 large carrots grated
3 green onions sliced
1 small red bell peppers diced
1 inches fresh ginger finely grated
4 tablespoons coconut aminos
1 tablespoons lime juice
½ teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes

Other Ingredients

1 heads butter lettuce rinsed and dried
¼ cups chopped cilantro

I leave out the pepper flakes with this one (members of my family do not like heat) and there is still loads of flavour. I also add more veg to make it more of a complete meal and to bulk it up a bit as to serve 4 for dinner this recipe as is is not enough food for our hungry family.
