This low-carb, high-protein meal is delicious for breakfast, lunch, or dinner! Frozen riced cauliflower can be used in place of the head of fresh cauliflower to reduce prep time! 

3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (divided)
1 small sweet onion diced
1 pounds ground turkey
1 teaspoons Herbamare
1 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoons fennel seeds crushed
1 teaspoons dried oregano
½ teaspoons garlic powder
½ teaspoons black pepper
1 large heads cauliflower riced (about 4 to 5 cups riced)
¼ cups finely chopped parsley
