This quick and easy meal can be made in under 30 minutes. It has been designed for the Low-FODMAP diet, so it is free of garlic and onions. Feel free to add a small sliced red onion when cooking the peppers if you are not following a FODMAP restricted diet. Serve with Low-FODMAP Pico de Gallo if desired.


Steak & Peppers

1 pounds filet mignon thinly sliced
1 small limes juiced
1 teaspoons smoked paprika
½ teaspoons ground cumin
¼ teaspoons chipotle chili powder
½ teaspoons sea salt
1 large red bell peppers cut into thin strips
1 tablespoons avocado oil

1 heads butter lettuce
1 limes cut into wedges
3 green onions thinly sliced
2 serrano chili peppers sliced
