This simple elimination diet recipe can be made very quickly—great for weeknight dinners. Serve with a scoop of white or brown rice, or a plantain tortilla. Ingredients
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 pounds ground turkey
1 medium sweet potatoes peeled and chopped
3 celery stalks chopped
1 medium onions chopped
1 small heads romanesco chopped (or cauliflower)
2 teaspoons dried marjoram
2 teaspoons dried thyme
2 teaspoons Herbamare (or sea salt)
8 cups chicken bone broth
1 cups chopped parsley
½ cups chopped fresh chives
