This clean eating recipe can be whipped up in minutes! Enjoy it as a light lunch or dinner. You can make up a double batch of the turkey and store it in a glass container in your refrigerator in order to make salads throughout the week. If the dressing thickens in the fridge, add a little water and bring it to room temperature before serving.



1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
½ pounds ground turkey
½ teaspoons chipotle chili powder
½ teaspoons ground cumin
½ teaspoons garlic powder
¼ teaspoons sea salt


1 heads romaine lettuce chopped
1 avocados sliced
3 green onions sliced into thin rounds
¼ cups chopped cilantro


¼ cups raw cashews
¼ cups water
1 small limes juiced
1 small cherry bomb peppers (leave seeds in)
1 cloves garlic peeled
½ teaspoons sea salt
