Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

3 cups blanched almond flour
1 teaspoons baking soda
½ teaspoons sea salt

Wet Ingredients

1¼ cups mashed bananas (about 3 small ripe bananas)
3 large eggs
¼ cups raw honey
¼ cups melted butter (or coconut oil)

Other Ingredients

½ cups chopped raw walnuts

The BEST SCD muffin I’ve made thus far. it’s nice and moist and not crumbly. I used pecans bc that’s what I usually have in the kitchen. I plan to add some warm spices next time I think with some added spices it could even be better although this recipe taste’s VERY GOOD AS IS… Favourite SCD muffin so far 💯 would love to see more SCD baked goods.

I love these muffins! I didn’t think they were supposed to be that tasty and nutritious. I wanted to add a little cinnamon and vanilla extract but decided to make the recipe as written! Nothing else is needed.
