This classic spaghetti dinner is quick to come together as it uses pre-made marinara sauce from a jar. I like to add extra vegetables to my sauce, but if you are really short on time you can skip this and cook the ground beef in the pan by itself before adding the sauce. If you prefer, you can add in additional green vegetables like diced zucchini, broccoli florets, or diced bell peppers. Serve with a Caesar Salad and finely grated parmesan cheese if desired.

Ingredients
12 ounces brown rice spaghetti noodles
1 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 onions diced
2 carrots finely diced
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 pounds ground beef
25 ounces marinara sauce
½ cups water
1 small bunches lacinato kale stems removed and thinly sliced
¼ cups fresh basil

This was SOOO good! Next time I will cut the kale even smaller. But this might be my next favorite spaghetti.

We really loved this recipe. My son, who normally has never likes tomato-based pasta sauces, asked for seconds and thirds. I added some extra zucchini I had in the fridge at the same time as the garlic, with good results.
