This dairy-free garlic lovers creamy pasta will hit the spot when dairy cravings arise. I use Jovial brand gluten-free brown rice penne pasta but feel free to use any type of gluten-free pasta, just be sure to cook it al dente! 

12 ounces brown rice penne pasta
cups raw cashews
3 cups water (or chicken stock)
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 heads garlic crushed
1 tablespoons superfine sweet rice flour
1 pounds cooked boneless chicken breasts cubed
1½ cups frozen peas
1 teaspoons Herbamare
freshly ground black pepper


½ cups chopped parsley
