These gluten-free and yeast-free flatbreads make a wonderful side dish for hearty bean stews or chicken soup! Once cooked, the flatbreads can be frozen in between pieces of parchment paper.

Ingredients

Dry Ingredients

2½ cups brown rice flour
½ cups tapioca flour
2 tablespoons psyllium husk powder
1 teaspoons fine sea salt
1 tablespoons finely chopped fresh rosemary

Wet Ingredients

1¾ cups very hot water
¼ cups extra virgin olive oil

I halved the recipe using the tool on the website and they were truly terrible. So much so that they went in the bin after only one bite, to be honest I even spat out that bite. I think something was lost in translation in the reduction of the recipe but I am too scared to try again in case I waste even more ingredients.

I love these Gluten-Free Rosemary Flatbreads, they are so easy to make, taste amazing, and are a great option for gluten-free bread. So happy with this receipt and it will become one of my main foods to have in the house.

I do not cease to be amazed. These are delicious. Years ago, I would sell a homemade sourdough rosemary olive oil bread to neighbors. This is just as good….maybe better since it is so much less work. My whole family loves this!
