Ingredients
½ cups sunflower seed butter
½ cups coconut sugar
1 large eggs
1 teaspoons vanilla extract
¼ cups cacao powder
½ teaspoons baking soda
¼ teaspoons fine sea salt
¼ cups dark chocolate chips

These are absolutely incredible. Gooey, crispy, chewy - everything you'd want in a cookie. Going to be a staple! Thank you :)

We liked these enough to make them multiple times. Yum!

These turned out really great. Due to intolerances, I used pumpkin seed butter, and added pecan pieces.
I will be adding this recipe to my routine cookie baking list😊

These were super yummy. Because I'm trying to reduce histamine in my diet, I made them using carob powder in place of the cacao powder, and added a pinch of instant coffee powder. I also substituted Lily's white chocolate chips which are lower in histamine. They turned out so good!
