Almond Flour Pizza with Pesto and Arugula

This is a basic grain-free pizza recipe, but you can top this pizza crust with whatever toppings you prefer. Grilled chicken and sautéed mushrooms would be great toppings. 

Ingredients

Crust

1 cups blanched almond flour
½ cups grated raw cheddar cheese
1 large eggs
¼ teaspoons Italian seasoning
¼ teaspoons garlic powder
1 pinches sea salt

Toppings

3 tablespoons basil pesto divided
2 tablespoons sliced kalamata olives
2 tablespoons finely grated parmesan cheese
1 cups baby arugula
½ small shallots thinly sliced
