Serve this easy and flavorful elimination diet meal with sliced avocados and a green salad! Other vegetables can be used, but they need to be able to cook thoroughly in the short cooking time. 

Ingredients

Meatballs

1 pounds ground turkey
¼ cups finely chopped fresh basil
¼ cups finely chopped parsley
2 tablespoons minced fresh chives
1 teaspoons sea salt
2 tablespoons arrowroot powder

Vegetables

1 large heads broccoli cut into florets
1 medium zucchini chopped
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
¼ teaspoons sea salt
