Serve this nourishing green detox soup with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil or a swirl of homemade coconut milk. I also like to top it with chopped fresh cilantro or Thai basil.

Ingredients
6 cups chicken stock (or water)
1 medium white sweet potatoes peeled and chopped
6 green onions chopped
1 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
1 pounds broccoli chopped
4 cups chopped kale
½ cups cilantro
½ cups Thai basil (or sweet basil)
2 teaspoons Herbamare (or sea salt)
