Kids and husband love this recipe. I've made it with rice and buckwheat groats instead of rice and both taste great.

I've been looking for an egg and gluten free meatloaf for a while now. This recipe checked a lot of boxes. It was moist and delicious!

Delicious. I made it with quinoa as I already had some prepped. I wouldn’t change a thing this recipe. I’m sure it’s equally as delicious with rice.
