Spicy Tofu and Broccoli Stir-Fry with Peanut Sauce

As an athlete, I strive to create balanced meals that are rich in protein without sacrificing flavor and creativity. When made with high-protein tofu, this stir-fry accomplishes just that! Serve over a scoop of white or brown rice for a very satisfying meal.
