Slaw

½ small heads red cabbage thinly sliced
½ small heads green cabbage thinly sliced
1 medium red bell peppers cut into thin strips

1 large handfuls cilantro chopped
1 small handfuls fresh mint chopped
½ cups peanuts coarsely chopped

Dressing

4 tablespoons lime juice
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoons coconut aminos
2 cloves garlic crushed
2 teaspoons sriracha
2 teaspoons fish sauce
½ teaspoons crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
