This creamy corn chowder is the perfect recipe to make as summer turns into fall. 6 slices organic bacon cut in half
1 medium onions diced
3 celery stalks diced
2 cloves garlic minced

3 small yukon gold potatoes cut into 1 inch pieces
5 ears of corn cut off the cob
4 cups chicken stock
2 tablespoons fresh chives minced
