This nourishing salmon chowder can be made with leftover salmon! Other types of fish work well too, such as halibut or black cod. If you don't have any leftover cooked fish, then quickly bake some in the oven at 400 degrees F. Bake salmon for about 10 minutes per inch of thickness.
