Sausage, Kale, and White Bean Soup

This soup is so comforting and filling on chilly winter nights. Canned beans can be used in this recipe if you are short on time, or you can follow the recipe for Cannellini beans, or navy beans. Really any white bean will work for this recipe.

1 pounds Italian pork sausages casing removed and crubled
1 large onions diced
2 large carrots diced
1 cups roasted red bell peppers cut into strips
2 cloves garlic crushed
1 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 teaspoons kosher salt
¼ teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
1 pinches crushed red pepper flakes
6 cups chicken stock
1½ cups cooked white beans rinsed and drained (or 1 can)
1 bunches lacinato kale stems removed and finely chopped
1 teaspoons red wine vinegar
